Plotting points connected by lines on graph

I have two arrays, one is holding X coordinates and the other is holding Y coordinates. I am trying to plot the points on a scatter plot but have them connected by lines in the order they are placed. I have been looking at QCustomPlot, but haven't quite figured out exactly what I need. Does anyone have a suggestion on where to look?
