Qt-linux-opensource-5.0.1-x86-offline.run .... produces errors

Hey guys.
Trying a sh qt-linux-opensource-5.0.1-x86-offline.run but I'm getting errors right away.

Running on Ubuntu

2 Errors report back. Within the errors are some garbage characters but basically :

LF***k:not found
syntax error:undetermined quote string

I've tried re-downloading it to no avail.

Can someone tell me what/if I am doing wrong?
