What is stored in a variable when a qml component is assigned to it?
@var x=Qt.createComponent("Rect.qml").createObject(parent, {x: mouseX, y: mouseY})

Hi,

From the documentation of "createComponent":http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-4.8/qml-qt.html#createComponent-method you can see it returns a Component object. So x will point to that component.
