Hello.

I've read/heard that unit test are used for the development of the Qt framework itself to test the Qt sourcecode.

Where can I find these unit test?

I'm just curious to see how other people write there unit tests :-)

They are in-source in every module, in "tests" subfolder. An example for qtbase repo: "qtbase tests":https://qt.gitorious.org/qt/qtbase/trees/master/tests.
