Qt Designer is part of Qt Creator.
And there is no way to install/build it separately?

What do you wish to do with Qt Designer?
Simply I used to work with Designer separately, but it's really not a problem :) Last question please: which version of Qt Creator is suitable for Qt 4.6.4 or how can I find out this?
You may install Qt4 Designer from your Linux packaging. E.g. Ubuntu Muon "qt4-designer", currently 4.8.4
Qt Designer is part of mainline Qt. You will find it in bin folder of your Qt installation (binary is called "designer").
Thanks to all for answers! Finally I've installed Qt Creator 1.3.1 from bin file and I'm happy with it :)
1.3.1? That thing was released years ago! Grab 3.0.1 instead :)
