Hi,
I seek your help for a program I am trying to compile. I have a project study on the laser game, and I was responsible for creating the game interface, and I want to do with Qt, I do not know this software, but you told me about that she facilitate my speed to create the interface. Right now I'm learning environment mode, I made a simple code of understanding, the test here:

#include <QApplicationStateChangeEvent>
#include <QPushButton>

int main(int argc, char*argv[])
{
QApplication app(argc,argv);
QPushButton bouton("Salut les Zéros, la forme ?");
bouton.show();

return app.exec();

}

but it returns me this problem that Qt requires the configuration Kit, I do not know what to do, I tried to read other forum, and the solutions they gave, it does not work not. Please help me, give me the steps to do, I thank you.

Hi,

At http://qt-project.org/downloads , there are many packages. For example, "Qt 5.2.0 for Windows 32-bit (MinGW 4.8, OpenGL, 689 MB)", "Qt 5.2.0 for Windows 64-bit (VS 2012, 590 MB) ", and others.

Please tell us which one you downloaded.

Also, what compiler are you using?

• Qt -> Qt 5.2.0 -> MinGW 4.8 (32-bit)
• Qt -> Qt 5.2.0 -> msvc2010 (32-bit)

If you can't remember, go to the folder where you install Qt and run MaintenanceTool.exe and select "Package Manager".

I had taken when installing packages
Qt -> Qt 5.2.0 -> MinGW 4.8 (32-bit)
Qt -> Qt 5.2.0 -> msvc2012 (32-bit)

you had to pack " Qt -> Qt 5.2.0 -> msvc2010 (32-bit) " ?

You should take just one, depending on what compiler you want to use.

Do you already have a compiler?

I removed the MinGW 4.8 (32-bit) compiler to let msvc2012 (32-bit) I have chosen and this is what they told me :

" 14:58:55: Exécution des étapes pour le projet test...
14:58:55: Configuration inchangée, étape qmake sautée.

qtcreator_ctrlc_stub: Command line failed: mingw32-make.exe
14:58:55: Le processus "mingw32-make.exe" s'est terminé avec le code -1.
I removed the MinGW 4.8 (32-bit) compiler to let msvc2012 (32-bit) I have chosen
If you chose the MSVC 2012 package, then you need the MSVC 2012 compiler. Have you installed it? You can download it from http://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=34673
14:58:55: Débute : “mingw32-make.exe”
You removed MinGW, but your project is still configured to use MinGW. You need to fix this.

Follow these steps to clean your settings:

Close Qt Creator.

Go to your project folder and delete the .pro.user file.

Restart Qt Creator.

Open your project, and make sure the MSVC 2012 kit is selected.

Hi! Sorry for the delay and the long silence, I just make your recommendation, yes I chose the package MSVC 2012 and no I do not have the MSVC 2012 compiler, so I had not installed. Here I just installed and it works, thank you for your help, I was able to issue the configuration kit.

Your .pro file needs to include the Qt Widgets module.

How did you create your project?

That site is very old. It talks about Qt 4, and a very old version of Qt Creator. Did you notice that your Qt Creator looks very different from the screenshots on that site?
