      There are many classes dealing with Images. You can start with [[doc:QImage]]

        Take a look at "QPixmap":http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-4.8/QPixmap.html or "QImage":http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-4.8/QImage.html.

          But you should be sure that jpeg plugin enabled. Simple way are to call
          @QList<QByteArray> QImageReader::supportedImageFormats ()@
