Why does dependency walker report missing dll files that have nothing to do with Qt? I've seen a few threads reporting this problem and in each case the solution was random, often from doing weird things like putting an empty qt.conf file in there. I've tried those random solutions and none have worked for me.
I'm building with MinGW and OpenGL on Windows 7. See attached photo.

Note: These are apps that run fine in Qt Creator but show this as missing on a system that does not have Qt installed but is otherwise identical in all respects (i.e. same exact virtual machine setup).
