Where is qt5 designer?

Hi, all:

Environment: Ubuntu 13.04
It comes with qt4-designer by default. I'm wondering is there a qt5-designer?

The problem now I'm facing is when I tried to build qwt-6.1, I got the error message:
@error: QDesignerFormEditorInterface: No such file or directory@

I may need qt designer support.

Install Qt from Qt Project website and you'll have everything.
