Error During Offline Installation

Hi,
I encountered the following error during installation (QtSDK 4.8.1),

Error during installation process (com.nokia.ndk.tools.madde.usbdriver);
Execution failed(Unexpected exit code: -2147418112): "C:\QtSDK\Madde\usbdriver\DPInst.exe /SE /SA /SW"

Ignored and installation completes. What was the error means? And how to solve it now using online updates?

Once again I downloaded the installer, still the same problem exists, please help
