It seems like the download links on http://qt-project.org/downloads are broken? The installers are missing, for instance:
    http://download.qt-project.org/official_releases/qt/5.0/5.0.2/qt-windows-opensource-5.0.2-msvc2012_64-x64-offline.exe

What do you get when you click on them?

Some time ago, the downloads page was affected by a bug in browsers' HTTPS Everywhere plugin. If you have this plugin, try disabling it.

If that doesn't work, would you be willing to tell us which country you're downloading from? Qt Project recently started using a "mirroring system":http://blog.qt.digia.com/blog/2013/04/05/first-ten-mirrors-active-for-qt-project-downloads -- it's very new, so there might be a bug in the mirroring system. Reporting this might help

And I the following Page Not Found is displayed:

Looks like this particular mirror is pointing to the wrong link.

                The correct one is http://qtmirror.ics.com/pub/qtproject/official_releases/qt/5.0/5.0.2/qt-windows-opensource-5.0.2-msvc2012_64-x64-offline.exe

There was wrong baseurl saved in mirrorbrain to ics.com.
                  This is now fixed.
