How the best way to convert WAV to MP3 using QT on Windows?

There is no built-in support?

Unfortunately there is no built-in support.
Probaly you can use mpg123 or ffmpeg or "BASS":http://www.un4seen.com/ or "LAME":http://lame.sourceforge.net/ for that.
and look at "list":http://lame.sourceforge.net/links.php
