Exe Doesn't work if copied Out of the Folder[SOLVED]

On deploying Qt app for windows by putting the necesary .dll files along with the executable file in a folder, the app runs correctly, if ran from inside the folder. But gives an Error , if exe is Copied somewhere outside the Folder or on Desktop . How do i fix it?

Create a link (.lnk) point to exe.

It's common for Windows apps to need to be installed in a certain folder with their support files. Another name for what he's suggesting is to create a Shortcut outside the folder or on the desktop that points back to wherever the app is installed.

Common shortcut for that:
right click on the exe file -> click "Send to" -> click "Desktop (create shortcut)"

Or just drag&drop with the right mouse button. You'll get a menu that contains copy, move and create shortcut.

Inno setup is all what i needed...Problem Solved :)
