Does QT can be installed on UBUNTU

I want to install QT 4.8 on UBUNTU. If its possible, please tell me from where i can downlad and how to install.

From the top of my head and the most straight forward is :
@apt-get install qt4-dev-tools qtcreator@

It should install all the dependencies needed
