[SOLVED] SDK with QT 5?
-
I don't get it, where is SDK?
While QT was under Nokia, I was able to download SDK which had all I needed out of the box. When I go to download page, under QT Creator I saw this text:
Qt Creator IDE can also be downloaded as a standalone application, although we recommend to get it via the SDK above if you need a complete Qt development environment. The latest SDK has a self updater feature that will keep you up to date as new versions are made available.
But I can't find it anywhere (I just found old Nokia SDK, Library and some addons). -
try the first options on the download page:
http://qt-project.org/downloads
for example: http://releases.qt-project.org/qt5/5.0.0/qt-linux-opensource-5.0.0-x86-offline.runi'm pretty sure those are the precompiled libs with qt creator. basically an sdk.

blaroche is correct. Although the links say "Qt libraries 5.0.0", they contain the full Qt 5 SDK. Eventually, that SDK will handle Qt 4 too.

Aha, thank you people :)
I will give a try. They should add some hint (eg. Library is SDK, or something like that), because it confuses me.

You're welcome :) And yes, a few people have raised the issue of confusing names already, e.g. http://qt-project.org/forums/viewthread/23001/ -- unfortunately, the website is undergoing a large change at the moment and there are many other issues to take care of too.
By the way, if the SDK meets your expectations, could you please edit your original post and add "[Solved]" to the title? Thanks!

Yes, of course. This is what I was searching for. Thanks again :)
