Not 3D, but maybe still interesting for you: My project "QCustomPlot":http://www.workslikeclockwork.com/index.php/components/qt-plotting-widget/.
It's intuitive to use, well documented and feels natural (both from documentation style and API point of view) in a Qt environment.!http://www.workslikeclockwork.com/wp-content/uploads/qt-plotting-widget/qcustomplot-sincscatterdemo-300x229.png! !http://www.workslikeclockwork.com/wp-content/uploads/qt-plotting-widget/qcustomplot-logarithmicdemo-300x229.png! !http://www.workslikeclockwork.com/wp-content/uploads/qt-plotting-widget/qcustomplot-statisticaldemo-300x229.png! !http://www.workslikeclockwork.com/wp-content/uploads/qt-plotting-widget/qcustomplot-itemdemo-300x228.png!

Also "qwt library":http://sourceforge.net/projects/qwt/ may be an option.

Not to mention "Qt Commercial Chart":http://blog.qt.digia.com/blog/2012/12/19/charts-1-2-0-released/
@ZapB: will it replace KD Charts? by the way I never understood why searching for KD Chart leads to kdab and ics, with different licenses and different versions of the source code.

@ZapB: will it replace KD Charts? by the way I never understood why searching for KD Chart leads to kdab and ics, with different licenses and different versions of the source code.[/quote]Initially it will not be a complete replacement for KDChart as it is targeting a different use case than typical charts with only a small number of points and infrequent updates.
KDPlot (working name) will offer capabilities for many data points and/or real-time updates.

Cool! Any ETA in mind?
-
May I ask what kind of licensing/pricing we should expect?
-
Dear ZapB,
Shall we expect a beta of KDPlot this month?
