How to get a clean, independent, portable Qt libarary and QtCreator?

I really want one such thing, a clean, independent, portable Qt libarary and QtCreator.
Qt 4.8, or Qt 5.
Linux and Windows.

i dont want them to leave any personal setup information in the computers.

How?

I guess you need to give some more details on what you are trying to achieve.

Most developers on this platform will agree that this is fulfilled. At least for Qt4. Qt5 is not released yet.

Without leaving specific setup information, you cannot use them.
