Please help me, this is a serious bug of Qt and i can't do anything for it...

I have referred twice for problems in windows when project is developed at ubuntu:

What should i do? Should i submit a bug? And if i do, i won't get any solution for my problem until they fix it in some months.
I am already dropping my interest on developing in Windows cause of that..
