    Hi all,

    I didn't login to Qt Bug Tracker since many months ago, I reseted my password account to new password but after trying to login with new password Qt Bug Tracker tells me that my user name and password were incorrect

    What's wrong? does Qt Bug Tracker is inactive after the migration to Open Governance (new domain)?

      I have just tested to log into "JIRA":https://bugreports.qt-project.org/secure/Dashboard.jspa My last login was probably about a month ago. I had no proplems.

        I tried to login once again but the system asks me for CAPTCHA I tried many times to input the CAPTCHA but every time it asks me
        bq. Sorry, your userid is required to answer a CAPTCHA question correctly.

        although I input the correct username, password and CAPTCHA.... Could you please help me there? I can't even contact JIRA guys because they asks me for a login !!!

        I'm living in Syria and as you know all the internet connection here is supervised by governmental proxies.

          I think you found the cause.
          There was "similar topic on devnet ":http://qt-project.org/forums/viewthread/13191/P15
          for someone from Iran.

            How can I fix this issue?! I didn't face it before I reported my bugs smoothly, it seems that Qt website changes its security policy... is it?

            What I've to do ?! I want to report a new bug

              If Eddy is correct, he might well be, because there are similar posts from Iran.
              The reason could be in your country and also outside. Can you downlad qt source?

              If it is for reporting a bug, you could post it here and someone will enter into jira.

                Thank but as you know JIRA is more flexible because I can follow my reports in addition to I can add screenshots and attachments too while here can't (a forum without attachments wow!)

                  Yes, here you need to use another server to put your attachments. This might be another challenge if there is some gouvermental blocking engaged.

                  BTW The Iranian post was about blocking the download of the SW. Which is result of an embargo. So this time it might be in your country.

                    For fixing this issue I tried to use a German proxy but JIRA still gives same error messages so I made another trial and created a new account.... surprising ?! I successfully created a new one!! that's mean my account has a problem.

                    Do you know anyone ( ex. moderator ) has the right privileges to access my account to see what's going on?

                    JIRA successfully sent to me resetting messages with valid resetting links.

                      I guess you have to be patient until tomorrow when the Trolls are back to work. They will probably know the people to get your account online.

                        I just checked with the admin. He reset your failed login counter which he claims "usually helps".

                        Let me know if it still fails.

                          Thanks Alexandra but I'm still unable to login although JIRA told me that it successfully changed my password (I request resetting password)
