Crash on button press

Have a QT application that performs fine, but upon pressing either button ("Run" or "Cancel") the application crashes out with the message below, but ONLY does this on one particular machine. It performs fine on others. Any thoughts on what's failing here?

We can't do anything with that. We have no idea what happens in your application, and the crash you post does not contain any useful details. Sorry, no way to help you. Debug your application.
