Hello,
Is it possible to download Qt Designer source code and build it separately ?
Where can I download Qt Designer package ( with src ) to build for Windows 7 for example ? ( ftp ... )

Designer is in "QtTools":https://qt.gitorious.org/qt/qttools module (src/designer).
