Attachment for the forums
-
I asked you before (I don't remember where) why the forums don't support attachments upload... now after moving to open governance can you add this option to the forums because using forums without attachments are really exhausting.
Take a look to "this thread":https://qt-project.org/forums/viewreply/78412/, I forced to upload outside the forums just for 5kb!!! personally I prefer to use mailinglists but Qt mailinglists isn't popular lately (I think changing the domain affected on the users)

If you've any problem with copyrights you can make an agreement with some file sharing service to give you ability for uploading through the forums

I can't speak for the admins of the forum, but I don't think that open governance (or lack thereof) was the reason for not allowing attachments in the forums.

Take a look to "this thread":https://qt-project.org/forums/viewthread/7070/ all the pictures is unavailable because the user have to register to see the content.... oh unbelievable!

I do not think that you have to register anywhere to see the pictures. I can see the pictures without being logged in. -

Doing a quick sniff around the web, it would appear that Imageshack is throwing that stuff up for certain countries and/or domains. Don't know the details. YMMV.
