Can't find plugins after building Qt Creator 2.4 integration with Clang.

I downloaded the Clang branch of Qt Cerator 2.4. I built it with mingw32 (gcc4.6 ) on Win7.
When I started Qt Creator, It could not find many plugins. One of these was Debugger.The message is as follow:
D:\TDDOWNLOAD\qt-creator-qt-creator-wip_clang\qtcreator-build-desktop-Qt_4_8_0__qtlib____\lib\qtcreator\plugins\Nokia\Debugger.dll: Cannot load library
However, the Debugger.dll is really in that folder.
Does anyone have a idea?
