How to add a note in the new "notes" section of the Docs?

In the new "notes" section of the Docs, I don't see anyway to add a note? I am logged in - is there something else that must be done?

There an Add Note button at the bottom right of every documenation page (at least, for me there is).

Hm, perhaps you need a certain amount of points to do that?

Ah I found this:

Ant Farmer (181 points) : can tag (while were in Open Beta all ranks can tag) and add doc notes
