I don't see why Nokia should sell Telephones Div. to Microsoft. I think this goes in the opposite sense to what Nokia has done until now. Maybe I am wrong...

Doesn't seem all that likely to me, unless Microsoft wants to mix itself into the patent wars between Google, Apple, Samsung and the rest.

          Microsoft buying Nokia - again?
I don’t think so. Microsoft has successfully transferred the risk of creating and promoting (we will see a 90+ million advertisement campaign soon) WP7 devices to Nokia.

So there is just Nokia left – with a WP7 exclusive strategy. Microsoft will be wary of bringing that risk to their own company (as they do not have the option to just drop WP7 as HTC or Samsung might / will do).
What? I'm confused...

(But if the MS will really buy the Nokia,
we can say goodbye our favourite C++ framework.)

Pfff... Yet more FUD. You may have missed it, but Nokia put Qt out in the open in Qt-Project. Even if Nokia were to loose interest, it in no way would imply a "goodbye to our favourite C++ framework". However, I find the idea that Nokia is about to loose interest in Qt not credible at all. So what if Nokia were (unlikely!) to sell of it's devision now doing the windows smartphones to Microsoft. It's not like there is Qt on those phones now, is there? In the meantime, Nokia is still investing in Qt, and the rumours about Meleti are quite strong...
