      No. Besides, you're talking about disc sectors (it doesn't depend on filesystem).

        You need to access via win32API. It's not pure Qt. You can use with any language which can access win32API

                did you find a provided solution on that topic?
                OS Programming is my specialty, so i prefer to mix assembly code to directly access sectors block. I was just looking for an easier way. Any ideas Andre?

                  No, I have no ideas on that. I referenced the topic mainly to make it easier for you to contact the person bringing it up there, and stimulate you to interact with him. It is not a topic I have ideas on or experience with. If it is your specialty, then I guess you are better off trusting your own judgment than asking questions like this in a Qt forum.

                    Ok. I just asked to see if there have been a solution by Qt as my required to prevent hard working. I didn't know you'll show upset by 20secs moving your fingers on keyboard to answer my question in Qt forum Andre!!!
