How to set TableWidget Header Vertical?

i have an established tableWidget with populated data, and headers. However, the header label lengths is too long so i want to set it vertically. I saw that i can orientation with QStandardItemModel, but in tableWidget i've added everything with the tableWidget methods.... so can anyone point the way for me in making the headers vertical in a table widget??
