    Hello guys,

I'm quite new to all this so please forgive me my ignorance :)

I'd like to generate QtQuick components directly from Adobe Illustrator layers. So far I've only found something that does it from Photoshop, but nothing from Illustrator.

Does anyone know how I could do it?

    Thanks!

Can photoshop open illustrator files ?
If so then I believe your problem is solved.

Or check out GIMP. AFAIK Gimp files can be imported too in QML.

Hi and thanks for your answers!

I would say the problem is only half resolved...I already know something is available both for GIMP and Photoshop, but skipping one "transformation" step is always preferable.

This is why I am asking for a way to directly convert Illustrator layers to QtQuick components.

              That's just too bad :)

Thanks for the info though (and for having taught me a new word! (AFAIK))!

If you like it that much there are even more!

Have a look at "our acronym page":http://developer.qt.nokia.com/forums/viewthread/6963.
