Qt works on some of the Symbian 3rd Edition devices and apps for several of them can be uploaded to Nokia Ovi store.
Please first try to search Qt Dev Net for existing topics. If you do not find anything appropriate please create a new thread because this is a separate issue.

Iam half successful with your method. Now Iam able to install the smart installer.
when I run the application first Iam seeing preparing For Installation
Then Downloading 1 of 1
then Installing one of one i.e 1 of 1
After some time it says Installation failed.
But Iam seeing the smart installer icon now.
-
The installation on Symbian devices might failed because of other issues such as unsigned application.
-
I can see my application icon also but after all process it is saying Canceling installation and Instalation Failed.
-
But I selected self signed certificate
-
Make sure that the required "Symbian capabilities":http://developer.qt.nokia.com/wiki/Symbian_Capabilities for your app are compatible with self-signed certificate.
Did you get any error code when the installation failed?
-
when I have tried to symbian sign it it says
You uploaded a SIS file to be signed with a Development Certificate. This failed because of Your submission has too many certificates within. Found: 1, allowed: 0.
Your submission is not signed with a valid publisher id, SigningOption: Testing
UID is not registered for the current account., UID: 0xA000C613, SigningOption: Testing. -
Then I have selected not signed under cretae sis package and tried to symbian sign the unsign sis
It says:
Hello,
You uploaded a SIS file to be signed with a Development Certificate. This failed because of UID is not registered for the current account., UID: 0xA000C613, SigningOption: Testing.
.
Please correct the problem and try again.

The topic about Symbian certificates is quite voluminous and it has been discussed many times. Please refer to the appropriate wiki and blog articles from "developer.nokia.com":http://www.developer.nokia.com/. You can also obtain certificates from Nokia using their "service for free signing of Symbian and Java apps":http://www.developer.nokia.com/Distribute/Packaging_and_signing.xhtml
