How to change Language for Qt.io Newsletters/etc emails?

I'm a native English speaker. I currently reside in Japan. Perhaps for this reason, since I registered with Qt.io it's been sending me newsletters in Japanese. The "Reply To" address is qtjapan@qt.io. There is no apparent setting in the "Update Your Email Preferences" link at the bottom for changing the language. I want to receive emails in English.

That is a tough one, this is due to your location.
I'll ask marketing automation people to take a look. It should be a simple case of moving you to the general info list from the Japan list.
