change my name please?

somehow during the Qt account unification thing my forum name got changed from "d3fault" to "d3fault 0". will someone please change it back to "d3fault"?

It looks like you might have two different accounts with two different emails.
And this later account is definitely not from the unification.

There isn't much that can be done.

I think @tekojo is right. Your "d3fault" account still exists, so you can still log in using your old email:

Given that your 2nd account is so new and only has 1 other post, would you like to simply delete it and continue using your original account?
