مشکل کامپایل کردن opencv

با سلام خدمت دوستان
برای اضافه کردن opencv
من طبق لینک زیر رفتم ولی وقتی که داخل
cmd
دستور
mingw32-make
را میزنم تا 26 درصد جلو میره ولی اروررمیده کسی میدونه مشکل از چیه؟
