Yes, link is working now. Since its completely in Chinese, might be target towards Chinese developers only.
Is this a challenge sponsored by Nokia or QDN.

I'm not sure if the challenge is for Chinese developers only, but if you know Chinese or you can fill the form, i think it's for all of us. And i reading the introduction of the challenge, it's hold by Nokia, is there some other challenges be hold in other countrys around the world?
