-
I just got word that I've been selected to receive the N950 development kit. I'm so exited.
Big thanks to all the people involved in the Qt Ambassador programmer, I'm make sure to put the device to good use. :D -
I have a question. When will Nokia ask the kit back? Immediately after the project committed period or some time later? What if I want to develop some more projects which I have not committed? The email says Nokia can ask for the kit any time.
I have the same doubt. I have received an notification too, but when it arrives to my country i have to paid taxes, then when nokia ask the kit back i have to pay the shipment expenses, putting all together it will be hardly the same thing if i wait for the realease of the N9 and buy it......

Tax why would you pay tax, you will not own the device it will still be the property of Nokia. In my opinion one should not pay any tax, I might be wrong though. Lest look at it this way if you were to loan a car, would you have to pay any tax if you happen to cross the border with it? We are not importing the device, we are simply loaning it from Nokia.

Yes you should have told TNT that you would not pay and that they need to figure it out them selves. This happened to me:
-The courier told me that I had to pay the tax.
-I told him that there was no way I would pay the tax, as Nokia clearly stated that they were covering all the cost (tax included).
-Within an hour he was at my door step with the sweet Qt Ambassador package in hand.
