Regarding the Local set Up of Config file for Qt contribution

Hi,

for the Local set up in config file.
created config file using nano config command under ~/.ssh folder.

Should we create under root user.?.

Below is the template of how the config file information should contain.

Host codereview.qt-project.org
Port 29418
User <Gerrit/Jira username>
IdentityFile <path_to_your_ssh_key>

I provided the below Information.

remove angular brackets.
