CDB process Terminated.

I've been searching and reading but couldn't find an answer with this problem. Everytime I tried to debug my app this problem always occur.
"CDB Process Terminated."
Anyone knows how to solve this problem?
I am using QT 5.6.0 msvc2015_64 bit version. I also installed an SDK-Windows debugging tool for windows 7 and 2015 Visual Studio.

I had the same problem.
Does your app runs by itself if you go in the debug folder and start it with a double-click ?
In my case the answer was no, it couldn't find some dependencies to run.

@sandy.martel23 it isn't working too. When I tried to run the .exe it is looking for QT5core.dll
