Hello,
i had a stuggle with the forum today. New posts weren't loading, basically no javascript which required communication with the server worked. I later realized that chrome opened the connection in HTTP instead of HTTPS.
Maybe you have a HTTP server running by accident. If the server is running on purpose, then the Forum doesn't seem to work right with a HTTP connection.
