Where is "Reputation" explained?

One of the things I need to go today :)
Blog post coming up after I get my second coffee cup.Reputation was migrated from the old system points.
Over here you can gather reputation through people voting your topics and replies up (like I just did for your post). Naturally if you get downvoted it will impact your reputation. -

@Asperamanca it should be there in the row next to my avatar, the element with an arrow head up, then a 0 and then an arrow head down.
If it's not then I need to go and dig the settings.

Found them. Need to get used to the icons :-) -
@Asperamanca I have to see if there are better icons, and again talk with the front end man (I'm beginning to think he's a superhero; "Front end man to the rescue!")
