Qt/C++ Senior/Experienced Dev required - Start Immediately

Unfortunately an offshore development company has dropped the ball on a C++/Qt project and I need to find a replacement developer immediately.
My project is built on Qt4.8/C++. I have source, documentation and current trouble tickets.
I am only looking for experienced SENIOR developers with plenty of experience in Qt and C++
You must be able to demonstrate significant experience with Qt by supplying examples of previously completed work that I can install locally. Please no partially developed projects. If you have years of experience I would expect to see several projects.
I will also require references for other jobs that you have completed in the same platform.
Please let me know how many hours per week you can commit, this is an urgent project so the more hours per week you can put into it the better. I can also offer a cash bonus if you are prepared to work around the clock to expedite.
I will be looking for a fixed bid, with a payment for each completed milestone, funds can be placed in an escrow like peopleperhour.
Could you also let me know what country you located in as timezones can be an issue.
