QMediaPlayer problem, no video - green box

Hi
I have a problem with QMediaPlayer. I create an application and test it on 6 PC. On 5 of them everything works but on one PC instead of video i see green box. I try to reinstal codecs (klite codec pack full) but it didn't help. I installed newest graphic driver, it didn't help. The video file i want to open is from sony camera .mp4. I use Qt 5.3.1 with MSVC2010.
I google for few hours and find nothing, only small tip that disabling hardware acceleration may help but I dont know how to do it.Please help
