Interesting.
To keep things short, I run a company focusing on Qt development. We did audio analysis projects, however, I would not say we specialise in Jack Audio sound cards. However, if you trust us with Qt, we will pick up Audio pretty fast.
I could offer you better rates for the first weeks/months, so you don't invest in our audio learning and then we could go with standard rates.Feel free to contact me online:

Thank you for your reply.
However, as the original message indicates it is an Open Source project. All our developers are unpaid volunteers contributing to the benefit of the special interest in ham radio. We cannot, and do not, pay anyone. All contributions are in kind, GPL'd, Open Source, and strictly voluntary. Sorry.
If your company would like to make a voluntary cost-free contribution -- we welcome all we can get.

Could you send more information about your project here or via email, so I could take a look at the code base you have?
Could you let me know a bit more about the core team that you have so far for the project? Thanks.

Hello,
The technology looks good and i am also interested to know more about this project. Previously I have worked on Packet related applications, but I am not much experienced in this field.

Paying programmers for Open Source development is a relatively new thing. While it is possible, we are looking for volunteer (non-paid) efforts to a project that will benefit a hobby / avocation that is largely public service oriented.

[/quote]Not really. Here's an ad dated 2001 looking for programmers to work on an open source pro{duct|ject}.
