Senior QT Dev required - Start immediately

I am looking for a senior, experienced Qt developer to start on a project immediately
It's a C++/Qt4.8 partially developed project. I have source, documentation and current trouble tickets etc
The applicant must be able to demonstrate significant experience with Qt, with examples of previously completed work that I can install locally. Please no partially developed projects. If you have years of experience I would expect to see several projects.
Please let me know how many hours per week you can commit, this is an urgent project so the more hours per week you can put into it the better. I can also offer a cash bonus if you can expedite.
I will be looking for a fixed bid, with a payment for each completed milestone, funds can be placed in an escrow like peopleperhour.
Could you also let me know what country you located in as timezones can be an issue
