<Solved>How can we upload any image from our system ??

I have a image which i want to put on discussion forum. So that others can easily understand what i mean to actually. but when i click on picture button, it asks for source. So i am totally confused which source i have to provide??
is it talking about system path ?? or ipaddress ??
please anybody tell me how can i do that.

Ok , I found that i have to upload image on the web . then i'll get some path .and that path will use in the forum.
So is this the whole process or some other way to doing this ???

Yes, for now this is the only way. Usually i use free image hostings for that.
