Topic Title detail not shown property

Hi,
I'm not sure if this has been reported earlier, but from last few days i have been noticing some unformatted text below the title.
Here's a latest screenshot.

Yes, it was reported a while back.
It only shows up when there are no replies to a thread. It should show the date, but for some reason it decided to break (we haven't touched the code that does that)
Really annoying bug to try and fix, as it has no apparent reason to pop up in the first place.
