I have just added "Qt library cross dependencies":http://developer.qt.nokia.com/wiki/Qt_library_cross_dependencies to the wiki. The page is not yet complete. Please feel free to add any lib or plugin that is missing from the list.
Of particular interest would be the phonon backends for the various platforms and the missing sql driver plugins.
