[Suggestion] "Thanks" links and Thanks system.

Hi I thought since this is a forum geared towards development with Qt it might be cool to have some sort of "Thanks" system members could use. That way you don't have to create a new reply just to say "thanks" to another member. Just a thought.

Removing one point of your score and transferring it to the helpful member. Thus preventing the
"Rate this up"-Spam.

Afaik, "Thank This" feature is realted to the Q&A improvements that are planned.
