Doubling of points for wiki and forum.

Now that Project Elf has got over will the point system be reverted back to the old one or it will be continued for some more time.

The points were applied as mentioned "here":http://developer.qt.nokia.com/ranks. During project Elf it was "announced":http://developer.qt.nokia.com/blog/view/project_elf and the wiki and forum points were doubled.

Afaik, they said, it will be doubled for Project Elf, so I think, it should be back to normal points now.

The Elf 2x points script had a self destruct date at the end of the year, it's gone now, confirmed :)
