[bug][forum] report post does not work?

We've got "spammer":http://developer.qt.nokia.com/member/5960 on forum do I've used function report to report his spam posts. But then on my mailbox I've got such messages (I've omited e-mail addresses, but it was for Alexandra Leisse and qt-devnet):
@ This is the mail system at host vifsla.nokia.kunder.linpro.no.I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.For further assistance, please send mail to <postmaster>
If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.The mail system@

Sorry, I misread your post, you already tried the "report" feature. I'll get a cup of coffee, as Volker so kindly suggests on IRC. :)
No bug report needed, we have a known issue with our compliance with http://www.openspf.org/ that bounces some e-mails. We shall fix that.
The spammer has also been dealt with, thanks.

Do we have a dedicated IRC channel for QDN. Have seen it being referred many times. Is it open to everyone or only for admins.
