Problem with sending a message from Contact form

When I tried to send a message about Qt Cert via "Contact form":http://developer.qt.nokia.com/contact I've received page with error, saying that nothing particular is at this page. Just wondering is message delivered and is it normal behavior of system to show such message? It looks really odd.

Were you using https? I've noticed that devnet breaks mightily when you use https.
