As there are many discussions (e.g. "here":http://developer.qt.nokia.com/forums/viewthread/2499/ ) about naming of wiki pages, translated pages etc, I wanted to start a pol, about how you want the translated pages be named.

Base is always the name of the page and Language should be changed to the language. e.g.:
    Base: HowToCreateStaticQt
    Language: German

for option 1: WieBaueIchQtStatisch (only as possible resulting name)
    for option 2: HowToCreateStaticQt_German
    for option 3: HowToCreateStaticQtGerman

Wiki pages are not static, so we need an automatic way to mark translations as outdated once the original page changes. Ideally the wiki would treat all translations of a page as one object I think, but that does not seem to work with the wiki we have at hand:-(

So, do we need to change to a different wiki instead?

The problem is the wiki translation haven't a link for every wiki page. Is a beautiful idea when some user change a base wiki send a message or simply alert at the top of the page 'base wiki change please cheack the modification'.

But how long should it stay there? And what if some translator add something to a translated page more than just translation?

The translation is a translation of a base page. If a user want add something i think the best is add to the base page and after to their translation page.
